Founded in 1986 by William Stevens, Altra Builders, Inc is a family owned and
operated company.
It is now run by two of his children, Alisa Swietlik and Jose
Noriega. For nearly 30 years Altra has been serving the Chicagoland area.
Alisa has served with the company for nearly 20 years after Earning a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Governors State University. Alisa focuses on the day to day Custom Engineered Building Operations, and the company's sales and marketing.
Jose has also served with the company for nearly twenty years. He earned his Bachelor Degree from Eastern Illinois University majoring in economics. After college he worked for 8 years as a Senior Production Supervisor with Toyota in California before returning to Illinois to work with Altra's growing business. Jose oversees the daily steel operations and focuses on project management in the field.
